I found the location very useful for walking to Gion (25 mins), Kiyomizu-dera (25 mins), Nishiki Market (15 mins) and the Kawaramachi shopping streets (10 minutes). Stations Kyoto-Kawaramachi, Gion-Shijo and Kiyomizu-Gojo are within walking distance (~15 mins). Comfortable bed, good-sized room for one person, always somebody available at reception. I was happy they could keep my luggage after checkout. There are konbinis and a Fresco nearby.

I really loved the location. Close to the stations and some great food places. There's a yummy Korean place around the corner that does nice lunch sets. The room was nice and compact. Perfect place to put your head down at the end of the day! Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean.

Very close to the shopping street and both bus and train stations, spacious rooms and on 6th floor we had nice view from window.

Excellent customer service. I had a small problem with the bathroom, so they upgraded me to a better room.
